The Blinn College Alumni and Friends Association works to assist the College in achieving planned goals and objectives and to provide fellowship among former students, friends, and supporters.
Blinn has competed in intercollegiate athletics since 1903 and has captured 36 NJCAA national championships since 1987. Located on the Brenham campus, Blinn College athletics include baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, football, softball, volleyball, cheer, and dance.
As the fundraising arm of the College, the Blinn College Foundation is organized to provide support for programs and activities which enhance the quality of education for Blinn College students and expand the educational opportunities for the entire community.
The Alumni Lettermen Association maintains contact with all former athletes, coaches, and athletic personnel of Blinn College, to encourage support for and participation in the educational and athletic programs of the College and to provide fellowship among former student-athletes, friends, and supporters of Blinn College.
Blinn College is bringing world-class entertainment and music to the stage as part of its Performing Arts Series at the Dr. W.W. O’Donnell Performing Arts Center on the Brenham campus.
Star of the Republic Museum was created by the Texas Legislature and is administered by Blinn College as a cultural and educational institution. Its purpose is to collect and preserve the material culture of the Texas Republic from 1836-1846 and to interpret the history, cultures, diversity, and values of early Texans.
The SBDC at Blinn College is a business consulting and training center that is part of the Texas Gulf Coast Small Business Development Center Network, which serves 32 counties in Southeast Texas. The center provides free one-on-one consulting and low-cost training seminars.
The Blinn Theatre Arts Program host a variety of student performances each year on its Brenham and Bryan campuses and offer a quality educational foundation through study, application, and experience.
Blinn’s Division of Applied Technology, Workforce, and Economic Development improves the local economy by helping job-seekers obtain the skills and credentials they need to succeed in the workplace, and by partnering with local businesses to offer training opportunities for incumbent and new employees.
