Blinn Bookstores
All Blinn bookstores are managed by Barnes & Noble, with locations at most campuses and online for your convenience. Each offers a wide selection of required textbooks in new, used, rental, and e-book format. In addition, our bookstores offer an assortment of study aids, supplies, and Blinn-branded apparel and accessories.
All bookstores accept cash, major credit cards, and most forms of financial aid. Different sections may use different books for the same course, so bring your class schedule to the bookstore (or double-check your syllabus if ordering online) to ensure that you purchase the appropriate books.
BucBooks
BucBooks is an affordable textbook rental program that takes all the hassle out of getting your classroom materials. Through this program, you can save money on your textbooks, lab manuals, and electronic book versions and have them conveniently delivered before your first day of class. All Blinn students are automatically enrolled when they register for classes, but have an option to opt out. To learn more, visit www.blinn.edu/bucbooks.
Alternative Retailers
A student of this institution is not obligated to buy or rent a textbook from a Blinn-affiliated bookstore. The same textbook may also be available from an independent retailer, including an online retailer.
Buy-Back Services
Ask your bookstore about specific buy-back policies. Generally, you can bring your textbooks back to the bookstore at the end of the term to get up to 50% cash back.
Books must include all original materials (CDs, workbooks, etc.) and a valid school ID is required at the time of buy-back. Buy-back is limited to one copy of a title per customer. Please check with the bookstore for more details.
