Marshall Rich has been named the new Dean of Applied Technology, Workforce, and Economic Development.

Marshall Rich has been named the new Dean of Applied Technology, Workforce, and Economic Development.

Rich has been an assistant dean in the Division of Business and Mathematics for more than seven years, managing a department with both academic and technical education programs. He spent the first five years of his career with Blinn as a Business Professor.

“Marshall has shown exceptional leadership and dedication to student outcomes throughout his tenure at Blinn College and we look forward to seeing all he will accomplish in his new role,” said Jay Anderson, Vice Chancellor for Applied Sciences, Workforce, and Economic Development.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Utah State University and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University.
