Blinn College District invites prospective students to spring Preview Day events

Preview Days at the Bryan and RELLIS campuses will take place the day before Aggieland Saturday

February 6, 2026

The Blinn College District will host a series of Preview Day events this spring to introduce high school students and their families to one of the most affordable and successful pathways to higher education in Texas.

Preview Day is designed for students who are beginning their college search and want to learn more about Blinn’s academic programs, campus experiences, and student support services. Attendees will also learn why Blinn has the highest academic transfer rate of any community college in Texas, helping thousands of students continue their education at four-year universities each year.

Preview Day events give students the opportunity to explore the distinct experiences available across Blinn’s campuses. The Brenham Campus offers a residential college experience that includes on-campus student housing, intercollegiate athletics, and award-winning programs in music, theatre arts, and agriculture. The Bryan Campus, located just 10 minutes from Texas A&M University, is a popular destination for students who want to live in the Bryan–College Station area as they prepare to transfer to Texas A&M. At the RELLIS Campus, students can co-enroll at Blinn and one of the Texas A&M System universities through the RELLIS Academic Alliance, placing them on an affordable path to earning a bachelor’s degree. The Schulenburg Campus provides an intimate, rural learning environment in Fayette County where students can complete their core curriculum with personalized support.

“These events help students and families understand how Blinn can help them reach their goals,” said Dr. Becky McBride, Vice Chancellor for Student Services. “Whether students want to enter the workforce quickly or plan to transfer to a four-year university, Preview Day highlights the flexibility and value of a Blinn education.”
