When you accept your admission offer from Texas A&M University, your application information is automatically sent to Blinn College District.
Do not submit a separate application to Blinn.

You will register for both your Texas A&M and Blinn classes during your Texas A&M New Student Conference (NSC). To ensure you can register for a full schedule at your NSC, you must have complete admission files for both schools.

Before Attending Your Texas A&M NSC and Registering for Classes

  1. Confirm your Texas A&M admission

    • Accept your offer and register for a Texas A&M NSC.

  2. Receive your Blinn ID

    • You will receive your Blinn ID within one week of confirming your Texas A&M admission.

    • Add @blinn.edu to your safe senders list and check your spam folder regularly.

  3. Set up your myBLINN portal

    • Watch for an email from OneIM with instructions to set up your account.

  4. Complete the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) requirement

  5. If you completed a College Prep Course

    • Submit your HB5/Texas College Bridge Waiver by completing the HB5 College Prep Course and Texas College Bridge Waiver Form.

    • You may also log into your Texas College Bridge account to send your waiver to admissions@blinn.edu.

  6. Check for additional TSI exemptions

    • You may qualify based on other placement exams, military service, previous college coursework, or a prior degree.

    • See all eligible exemptions.

  7. Send transcripts

    • Submit current copies of your college transcript (if applicable).

  8. Submit vaccination records

    • Provide proof of bacterial meningitis vaccination.
