Through Blinn’s Theatre Arts Program, you enjoy a complete theatre arts experience, where you not only learn the theories behind the theatre, but also can gain hands-on technical theatre and performance experience. Blinn theatre arts graduates can enter the workforce immediately or transfer to the state’s leading universities, including Texas A&M, the University of North Texas, Sam Houston State, the University of Houston, Southern Methodist University, Colorado State, UTSA, and Texas State.

Blinn Theatre Arts Program named 'exemplary'

Blinn-Brenham Theatre Arts Program to feature 'Plays of Biblical Proportions'
“We’re excited about the performance schedule,” said Brad Nies, Theatre Arts Professor. “We have chosen four plays that range from comedies to a children’s play. Our students and faculty work hard every season to present plays that appeal to the public, and we know they’ll enjoy the performances.”
Blinn-Bryan Theatre Troupe celebrates 'illustrious lives'
“This season’s selections reflect a kaleidoscope of lives that we can examine,” Theatre Arts Professor Greg Wise said. “Each production delves into the rich, complex, and sometimes humorous moments that encapsulate these historical or fictitious characters, which allows us to tell very specific stories about people’s lives.”
