Engineering Club

The Engineering Club promotes scholarship, develops leadership and professionalism, and cultivates fellowship among students within the engineering discipline. The club meets several times each semester for engineering activities, industry speakers, and leadership development exercises.
In 2019, 2023, and 2026, the Engineering Club was named Blinn’s Student Organization of the Year. Among its many activities, the Engineering Club hosts presentations on a variety of topics, including professional business etiquette and soft skills, and invites professional engineers to share their knowledge and experience in the field. The club takes trips to places such as NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Blue Bell Creameries, and engineering firms in the area. Members also volunteer with local organizations as part of the club’s community outreach efforts.
