Additional Information
If you choose not to pursue or participate in an investigation or disciplinary proceeding, you may request further conduct action at any future time consistent with Blinn College policy. While the passage of time may make evidence more difficult to obtain, a fair hearing may still be possible.
If you choose not to share all available information, it may limit the scope of the investigation. You are encouraged to meet with the Title IX office at any time to discuss options. You may be accompanied by an adviser or advocate of your choice who is a Blinn College faculty member, staff member, or student and who is not legally trained.
Blinn College is legally obligated to investigate all reports of sexual discrimination, harassment, misconduct, and violence to the extent information is available.
If you need additional support, including counseling services, alternative housing options, or academic accommodations, please contact the Title IX office so assistance can be provided in a timely manner.
