Approved Vendors for Apparel and Promotional Items

SUBJECT: Approved Vendors for Apparel and Promotional Items

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 26, 2023; revised March 4, 2026

BOARD POLICY REFERENCE: CFE

PURPOSE

To ensure proper use and protection of the Blinn College District brand, all apparel and promotional items that include any Blinn College District logo or wordmark must be purchased through a vendor approved by the Blinn College District Communications, Media Relations, and Marketing Office.

A current list of approved vendors is available at the following link:

Departments and employees must consult this list before ordering apparel or promotional materials that feature any Blinn College District logo or wordmark. Vendors not included on the approved list may not produce items displaying Blinn College District logos or wordmarks unless prior authorization is granted by the Communications, Media Relations, and Marketing Office.
